S & D Landscape & Irrigation is a full-service landscape and irrigation company based out of Coldwater, MI. Our services cover everything from simple lawn maintenance to landscaping, lighting and irrigation; during the winter months, we are also able to handle snow removal and salting.
Lawn maintenance
It can be time-consuming taking care of your lawn, no matter the size. Why not let S & D handle all the work, allowing you some downtime on your weekends and evenings? Our lawn maintenance includes not only mowing, trimming and cleanup, but shrub trimming as well. Have a lot of leaves on your lawn? No problem! Our service includes leaf removal as well. Another important service we provide is lawn rolling, which compacts the seeds further into the soil; the times to do this are after seeding, sodding, or after a heavy winter, which causes soil heaving. It can also be beneficial if you have animal tunnels or warrens in your yard.
Full-service landscaping
Have a new home or need a full yard renovation? Our full-service landscaping covers removal of old plants, as well as the design and planting of new ones. We are also able to add edging and retaining walls, or paver pads and walks. Drain tiles are a key component of any properly built home, as they allow the ground water to drain away from the home – rather than into your basement. Give us a call for a free quote on your project.
Lawn installation
Having a healthy lawn is an important part of being a homeowner; not only does it increase your home’s curb appeal, it also increases the amount of living space available to you. S & D’s lawn installation includes hydro seeding, silt seeding and sod.
Landscape lighting
What better way to improve the visibility of your home, and add to its value as well? We use low-voltage path lights and Kitchler and/or Hadco deck lighting to make your home more sophisticated and increase the safety of your family.
Irrigation services
Keeping your lawn watered is an easy project when you have irrigation installed. We are able to design and install underground sprinklers, using Hunter Irrigation. As well, we can assist with winterizations and spring start-ups, as well as provide any service or support as needed.
Snow removal
When the snow flies, give S & D a call! Stay inside where it’s warm while we remove your snow and salt your driveway/sidewalk.
